1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kairo Directory you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept them on its behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Listings and paid plans
Submissions are reviewed by hand and may be edited or declined. Paid plans buy priority review and, for Featured, placement for the stated number of days; they do not guarantee approval. If a paid listing is declined, contact us for a refund.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, to generate harmful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer
Listings describe third-party products. We don't endorse them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing or availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
